Map to the South River and Machar Arena and Fair Grounds Directions Coming from the south: - Take Hwy 400N towards Barrie - Continue onto Hwy 11N - At first and only set of lights in South River turn LEFT onto Ottawa Ave. - Take first street on LEFT onto Lincoln Ave. - Park in arena parking lot and come in front doors to singe in. From the north: - Take Hwy 11S - When you come to the first and only set of lights in South River turn RIGHT, on to Ottawa Ave. - Take your first LEFT onto Lincoln Ave. - Park in arena parking lot and come in front doors to singe in.

Horse North Co-ordinator

Horse North has recently hired an intern to be a co-ordinator for the organization for one year. This was made possible thru Fed Nor and the Northern Ontario Development Program. Amy Healey is a resident of Sundridge and has lived in the area her intern life.
In 2008 Amy graduated from a 2 year program at the D’AL School of Equine Massage Therapy, where she majored in Equine anatomy, physiology, pathology, and kinesiology. For the last year Amy has been working at a local barn where she managed the feeding program, looked after all medical needs of the horses and taught lessons. Amy has been involved in the horse community for over 13 years and is looking forward to the challenge of bringing the northern region together and making Horse North a huge success!
